Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the US, Canada, and select international destinations. Shipping costs vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Is shipping tracked?
Yes! Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your bracelet leaves our HQ, you'll get an email with tracking info so you can follow it every step of the way.

How long does shipping take?
United States: 5–8 business days
Canada: 7–10 business days
International: 10–15 business days
International orders may be subject to customs fees or delays outside our control.

Do I have to pay customs?
If you’re ordering from outside the US, your package may be subject to import taxes or customs duties. These fees are set by your local government and are the buyer’s responsibility.

What’s your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on all eligible items. Your bracelet must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we only process exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. If you'd like a different charm or bracelet, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.


Products
How many charms fit on one bracelet?
Each bracelet holds around 17–18 standard charms for a full, classic fit. You can always build it gradually and make it yours over time.

Can I buy charms without the bracelet?
Absolutely! You're free to buy just the charms — though we recommend grabbing a bracelet to make sure they fit perfectly from the start.

Do I need a charm remover tool?
Nope — it’s completely optional! You can attach and remove charms by hand, but our charm tool makes it a little quicker and easier.
