How many charms fit on one bracelet?
Most Italian charm bracelets fit around 17–18 total links for an average wrist. Smaller wrists may need around 14–16 links, while larger wrists may need 19–21 or more.
Your bracelet can include both blank links and decorative charm links, and you can always add, remove, or rearrange links over time.

You need a bracelet base to wear your charms, but you may not need to purchase one separately. Some Charmette promotions include a free starter bracelet when you purchase the required number of qualifying charms.

Italian charm bracelets
are sized by the total number of links rather than traditional bracelet sizing.
16 charms ≈ 5.7 inches
17 charms ≈ 6.0 inches
18 charms ≈ 6.4 inches
19 charms ≈ 6.7 inches
20 charms ≈ 7.1 inches
These measurements are approximate. If you’re between sizes, most customers prefer starting slightly larger and adjusting from there. A bracelet worn too tightly may also be more likely to pinch, so adding one or two links can make the fit more comfortable.

Adding or removing Italian charms is quick and simple. Use a charm opener tool, coin, or small flathead to open the spring link, slide the charm in or out, then snap the link closed. Your bracelet can be rearranged anytime as your style or story changes. If a link feels unusually stiff, avoid forcing it. Try repositioning the tool or contact us if you need help.

Are your charms waterproof or tarnish resistant?
Are your charms waterproof or tarnish resistant?
Yes. Charmette Italian charm bracelets and charms are made for everyday wear and are waterproof, sweat-resistant, and tarnish-resistant.
Normal water exposure is fine, but we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to salt water and harsh chemicals to help preserve the finish over time.
Are Charmette charms compatible with other Italian charm bracelets?

Charmette uses the standard 9mm Italian charm format and is compatible with many other standard 9mm Italian charm bracelets, including many Nomination- and Zoppini-style systems.
Because third-party and vintage bracelets can vary, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every bracelet ever made.

Our redesigned links are made to reduce pinching and hair pulling compared with many older Italian charm bracelet designs.
Fit also matters. A bracelet worn too tightly is more likely to pinch, so adding one or two links can make it more comfortable.

Yes. The bracelet is lightweight, secure, and sweatproof. It’s designed to stay in place during daily movement, workouts, and normal water exposure.

That is when the fun begins. Our Italian charm bracelet system is designed to evolve with you. You can remove charms that no longer fit your style and replace them with new ones, so your bracelet grows and changes over time.

Shipping costs vary depending on your location, order, and available shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
For U.S. orders, delivery is typically around 7–10 days after processing.
For international orders, delivery is typically around 10–14 days after processing.
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Holidays, carrier delays, customs processing, and other shipping conditions may occasionally extend delivery times.

Where Charmette collects, includes, or prepays applicable customs duties or import taxes, you should not be charged those same fees again at delivery.
Customs requirements vary by country. If you receive an unexpected customs or import charge relating to your Charmette order, contact us before paying it when possible so we can review the shipment.
Is shipping tracked?

Yes. Charmette shipments include tracking when available through the applicable shipping service.
Once your order ships, you’ll normally receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow approximately 24–48 hours for the first meaningful tracking update to appear.
If your tracking shows no meaningful movement for approximately 7 days, contact us so we can investigate.

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a standard return.
For a change-of-mind return, items should be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping on standard returns.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items are handled separately and do not necessarily require a standard return. If there is a problem with your order, contact us at Support@Charmette.shop so we can help.

We do not currently process standard direct exchanges. If you simply want a different product, you can return the eligible original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
If you received an incorrect, damaged, defective, or missing item, contact us instead. Corrections to order problems are not treated as standard exchanges.

Yes. All Charmette products include support for manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery.
We also offer an optional Lifetime Warranty as an add-on at checkout. Lost a charm? Broke a clasp? If your purchase is covered by the Lifetime Warranty, we’ll replace the covered item free for life.
The Lifetime Warranty is optional and only applies when it was purchased or otherwise included with an eligible order. Coverage is subject to the Lifetime Warranty terms presented with the offer.

Charmette Rewards lets eligible customers earn points from purchases and certain other activities.
Every 1,000 points equals $1 in Charmette store credit.
Your available earning opportunities, points balance, tier progress, and rewards can be viewed through the rewards interface on our website.
Can I turn my points into cash?

No. Charmette Rewards points can only be redeemed for eligible Charmette store credit and do not have cash value outside Charmette.
What happens to my points if my order is refunded?

If a purchase that earned points is canceled, returned, refunded, or charged back, the points and tier progress earned from that purchase may also be reversed or adjusted.
Can I earn rewards without making a purchase?

Yes. Charmette may offer points for eligible activities such as creating an account, adding your birthday, visiting the website, or completing qualifying social-media actions.
Available activities and point values are displayed in the rewards interface and may change over time.
Promotions
Does the number of charms required for a promotion determine my bracelet size?
Does the number of charms required for a promotion determine my bracelet size?
No. Promotional requirements and bracelet sizing are separate.
For example, if a promotion requires you to purchase 10 qualifying charms to receive a free starter bracelet, that does not mean your finished bracelet should contain only 10 links.
Most customers need more total links for a comfortable fit, including any blank links already included with the bracelet.
