How many charms fit on one bracelet?

Each bracelet typically holds between seventeen and eighteen charms for a classic fit. You can always build your bracelet gradually and add charms over time.

Do I have to buy a starter bracelet first?

No. You can purchase a blank bracelet to build from scratch or buy charms separately and piece together your own design.

What if I do not know my wrist size?

Our bracelets are adjustable by the number of charms added. As a general guide, sixteen charms measure about 5.7 inches, seventeen charms measure about 6 inches, eighteen charms measure about 6.4 inches, nineteen charms measure about 6.7 inches, and twenty charms measure about 7.1 inches.

Are your charms waterproof or tarnish resistant?

Yes. Our charms are made with high-quality stainless steel that is waterproof, sweatproof, and tarnish-free, so you can wear them daily without worry.

Is this a good gift?

Absolutely. Charmette bracelets are designed to be meaningful and personal. You can create a bracelet around special memories, dates, inside jokes, or matching sets, making it one of the most thoughtful gifts you can give.

Can I wear my bracelet while active or at the gym?

Yes. The bracelets are lightweight, secure, and sweatproof. They will stay in place through daily movement, workouts, and even exposure to water.

What if my bracelet feels complete?

That is when the fun begins. Our charm system is designed to evolve with you. You can remove charms that no longer fit your style and replace them with new ones, so your bracelet grows and changes over time.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide with no restrictions. Shipping costs vary depending on your location, usually between three to six US dollars for standard delivery.

We also offer priority insured shipping, which is typically double the cost of standard shipping and includes full protection in case your package is lost, stolen, misdelivered, or incorrectly addressed.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within one business day. Delivery times are usually between twelve and fourteen days worldwide, although many orders arrive sooner depending on your location. Please allow extra time during holidays or if there are carrier delays.

Do I have to pay customs or duties?

No. All customs fees, import taxes, and duties are paid by us, so there will never be surprise charges at delivery.

Is shipping tracked?

Yes. Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to begin updating.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

You have thirty days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. To start a return, contact us at Support@Charmette.shop.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All Charmette products include a thirty-day warranty covering manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by chemicals such as perfumes or sunscreens, or variations in color or finish due to the handcrafted nature of our charms. If you believe your item is defective, contact us within thirty days of purchase with your order number and a photo of the item.

Memberships & Subscriptions

How do I cancel my VIP Membership?

You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account at Charmette.shop or by contacting Support@Charmette.shop. Benefits remain active through the end of your billing period, and your membership will not renew after cancellation.

Do you provide refunds for memberships?

Membership fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may grant them at our discretion. For more information, please see our Membership Refund & Cancellation Policy.
