Refund policy

We want every customer to feel confident shopping with Charmette. If something is not right, we make it simple to request a return or refund.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase such as your order confirmation or receipt. Certain items cannot be returned, including personalized or custom products, gift cards, clearance or sale items, perishable goods, and beauty products. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before sending it back.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at Support@Charmette.shop. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted. See our Shipping Policy for more details on delivery and transit times.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is the result of our error, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item. Return shipping is separate from our general Shipping Policy, which governs delivery timelines and carrier issues.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its status. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at Support@Charmette.shop. Refund processing follows the same principles described in our Terms of Service.

Warranty

All Charmette products include a 30-day warranty that covers manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, damage caused by excessive force when inserting or removing charms, discoloration caused by exposure to chemicals such as perfumes, sunscreens, or chlorinated water, or slight variations in color or finish due to the handcrafted nature of our charms. If you believe your product is defective, contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a photo of the item. If approved, we will replace or refund the item at no cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.
