At Charmette, we want every order to arrive safely and on time. Below you’ll find details on how our shipping works worldwide.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Once your order is prepared, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.


Delivery Times

Our standard delivery window is 12–14 days worldwide, though many orders arrive sooner depending on your location. Please allow extra time during holidays or in the event of carrier delays outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Standard shipping typically ranges from $3–$6 USD, depending on your region.

We also offer Priority Insured Shipping at about double the cost of standard shipping. This option guarantees a replacement or refund in the rare event your package is lost, stolen, misdelivered, or incorrectly addressed.


Customs, Taxes, and Duties

We cover all customs fees, import taxes, and duties on your behalf. There will be no surprise charges at delivery.


Tracking Your Order

Every order includes tracking. Once shipped, you’ll receive your tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Support@Charmette.shop and we’ll try to help if your order hasn’t shipped yet.


Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for carrier delays. If your package shows no movement for more than 7 business days, contact us at Support@Charmette.shop so we can investigate and assist you.
