V.I.P. Membership Terms

The Charmette VIP Membership gives you access to exclusive savings, members-only collections, early access to new charm designs, and expedited shipping on select offers. Membership is billed at $24.94 per month and renews automatically every 30 days until you choose to cancel.

These Membership Terms apply to all memberships purchased through Charmette.shop and may be updated at any time. The version of the terms in effect at the time of your purchase will remain in place for the rest of your current billing cycle. If the terms are revised during or after your initial membership period, the updated terms will apply beginning on your next renewal date. Your membership is also subject to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, which are available at Charmette.shop.

From time to time, and to the extent permitted by law, Charmette may offer free trial memberships for a limited period. The specific details of any free trial will be provided at the time of enrollment.

Members are billed in advance, and the monthly membership fee of $24.94 will be charged automatically to the payment method you provided at checkout. By enrolling, you authorize Charmette and its third-party payment processor to store and process your payment information for recurring charges. Unless canceled, billing will continue each month, and you are responsible for all charges processed prior to cancellation.

You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account on Charmette.shop or by contacting us at Support@Charmette.shop. Once canceled, your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period, but no further charges will be incurred. Membership fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable, though refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved at our discretion depending on the circumstances.

If you cancel and later return to Charmette.shop to access features reserved for members, your payment method may be automatically charged for a new membership, even if the membership does not appear in your checkout cart.

Charmette reserves the right to terminate or suspend memberships at any time, with or without cause, at its sole discretion. In the event that Charmette cancels your membership, your fee will be refunded on a prorated basis as of the cancellation date.
