1. Go to Charmette.shop and click “Membership Area” in the main menu.
   
2. Sign in to your account (use your order email, reset password if needed).
   
3. Navigate to “View Orders and Manage Subscriptions” and click the red 🚫 icon under the Subscriptions tab.
   
4. Enter your reason for canceling and submit — that’s it.
