Simply add the membership to your cart and head to checkout. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email with your username (your email works here too), a temporary password, and a link to access your membership portal. Your perks activate immediately.

You can cancel anytime — no lock-ins, no penalties. Just email us at Support@Charmette.shop, or follow the steps in our membership portal:
- Go to Charmette.shop and click “Membership Area” in the main menu.
- Sign in to your account (use your order email, reset password if needed).
- Navigate to “View Orders and Manage Subscriptions” and click the red 🚫 icon under the Subscriptions tab.
- Enter your reason for canceling and submit — that’s it.
