Hold your Italian charm bracelet with the arrows facing up. Insert the tip of the charm tool into the spring link. Twist gently until the link opens. Align the new charm’s hook with the opening. Slide it into place and release so the spring closes flush.

Release the spring link next to the charm. Ease the charm out carefully. Snap the link closed or slide in a replacement charm.
