V.I.P. Membership Refund & Cancelation Policy

At Charmette, we want our VIP Members to feel confident about their subscription. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for the VIP Membership program.

You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time by logging into your account at Charmette.shop or by contacting us at Support@Charmette.shop. Once canceled, your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that date, your membership will not renew and no additional charges will be applied. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted before your renewal date.

Membership fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that unique situations may arise. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our discretion. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will consider the circumstances of each request when making a decision. If a refund is approved, the amount and method of reimbursement will be determined by Charmette and processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your payment method fails, your membership benefits may be paused until valid payment information is provided. We reserve the right to terminate memberships after multiple failed payment attempts.

Charmette may update or amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply through the end of your current billing period, with any updates applying at the start of the next renewal.
